Research on Nut Automatic Welding Line for Car Door Lock Latch Connector

摘要: 门锁锁扣连接件螺母焊接总成作为轿车必备的车体零部件，具有车型平台通用性强、产品生命周期长、产量大等特点。文章介绍了一种门锁锁扣连接件螺母自动焊接线的研究成果，可以精减作业岗位的操作人员，实现无人化生产，同时保证产品品质和生产效率。

Abstract: As an essential part of car body, the nut welding assembly of lock latch connector has the characteristics of strong universality of vehicle platform, long product life cycle and large output. This paper introduces the research results of a nut automatic welding line for car door lock latch connector, which can reduce the number of operators, realize unmanned production, and ensure product quality and production efficiency
