Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of China's social economy and the continuous improvement of urbanization construction level, there are more and more super high-rise buildings and high-rise buildings. If the conventional seismic design method is still used, it is difficult to meet the current seismic performance requirements of large-scale and high-rise buildings. In view of this situation, this paper puts forward the aseismic design scheme of out of limit high-rise buildings, and expounds the key points of aseismic design and safety measures for a building project, so as to ensure the rationality and effectiveness of aseismic design of out of limit high-rise buildings.
