Analysis on the Reasons and Preventive Measures of the Installation Deviation of Metro Electromechanical Equipment

摘要: 本文以合肥地铁 1 号线为例,首先对地铁机电设备安装的特点从复杂化、智能化及高性能化三方面进行阐述,其次从设计、施工、沟通、审核等方面分析地铁机电设备安装偏差出现的原因,从主体结构、渗漏性、消防安全以及美观等方面分析地铁机电设备安装偏差的危害,最后从设计、验收、现场管理、质量管理等方面阐述了预防地铁机电设备安装偏差的措施,以期为类似设备安装提供参考。Abstract: Taking Hefei Metro Line 1 as an example, this article first elaborates the characteristics of subway electromechanical equipment installation in terms of complexity, intelligence and high performance, and then analyzes the deviation of subway electromechanical equipment installation from the aspects of design, construction, communication, and audit. The reasons for the emergence are analyzed from the main structure, leakage, fire safety and aesthetics, and the hazards of the installation deviation of the subway electromechanical equipment are analyzed. Finally, the measures to prevent the installation deviation of the subway electromechanical equipment are explained from the aspects of design, acceptance, site management, and quality management. In order to provide a reference for the installation of similar equipment.
