Application of Energy Neutral Design Method in High Rise Building Fire Protection

摘要: 近年来,随着我国人口数量的不断增加,城市化建设进程脚步的加快,为节约建筑占地面积的使用,我国高层建筑越来越多。由于高层建筑自身建筑特点及在建筑施工中使用了大量的可燃性材料,并且内部存在大量的线路,使得高层建筑中存在着较大的安全隐患,容易造成火灾事故的发生。因此,人们对高层建筑中防火设计提出了更高的要求。本文分析研究了高层建筑防火中性能化设计方法的应用,以期提高高层建筑的防火安全系数。Abstract: In recent years, as the population of our country continues to increase, the pace of urbanization is accelerating, in order to save the use of building area, there are more and more high-rise buildings in our country. Due to the architectural characteristics of high-rise buildings and the use of a large number of combustible materials in construction, and there are a large number of lines in the interior, which makes the high-rise buildings have greater security risks, it is easy to cause fire accidents. Therefore, people put forward higher requirements for fire protection design in high-rise buildings. This paper analyzes and studies the application of performance-based design methods in high-rise building fire protection, in order to improve the fire safety factor of high-rise buildings.
