Fault Tree Research on the Ablation Problem of Electric Control Lock Matching Motor

摘要: 电控锁是大型飞机货运系统中的典型限动部件 [1],其安装在侧导轨内,对符合飞机相应接口的集装货盘 / 货台在货舱及货桥上沿航向进行限动 [2]。本研究从故障现象入手制定故障树,根据故障树确定排查方案,逐一分析排除 [3],最终确定了造成驱动组件配套电机烧蚀的主要原因 , 并通过该案例分析,以期为相关故障排除提供参考。Abstract: Electronically controlled locks are typical restrictive components in large aircraft cargo systems, it is installed in the side rails, the container pallets / platforms that meet the corresponding interface of the aircraft are restrained along the course in the cargo hold and cargo bridge. This research starts with the failure phenomenon to formulate the fault tree, determine the troubleshooting plan according to the fault tree, analyze and exclude one by one, finally the main cause of the ablation of the matching motor of the drive assembly is determined, and through the case study, in order to provide reference for relevant troubleshooting.
