摘要: 昆明柴石滩水库灌区共布置干渠、骨干支渠及主要干支管总长201.24 km,骨干支渠共计15 条,各类渠系建筑物704 座,其中引水隧洞工程33 条,隧洞全长37.33 km。本工程隧洞断面较小,涉及小断面及特小断面隧洞,按照隧洞的长度分类短隧洞14 条(L ≤ 500 m)、中长隧洞9 条(500 m < L < 1 000 m)、长隧洞6 条(1 000 m ≤ L ≤ 3 000 m)和特长隧洞4 条(L > 3 000 m)。6 条长隧洞和4 条特长隧洞基本都关键线路上,是本工程的重点、难点,通过引水隧洞工程小断面和特小断面长隧洞机械化施工技术研究与应用使得上述小断面、特小断面长隧洞施工效率得到提高、施工环境得到改善,同时降低了施工成本和项目投资、提高了施工安全保障、提升了该类工程在整个项目实施过程中的工期保证率。Abstract: In the irrigation area of Chaishitan Reservoir in Kunming, the total length of main canals, main branch canals and main main branch pipes is 201.24 km. There are 15 main branch canals and 704 various canal systems, including 33 diversion tunnel projects and 37.33 km tunnel length. The tunnel section of this project is relatively small, involving small and extra-small section tunnels. According to the length of the tunnel, there are 14 short tunnels (L ≤ 500 m), 9 medium and long tunnels (500 m < L < 1 000 m), and 6 long tunnels (1 000 m≤ L ≤ 3 000 m) and 4 extra-long tunnels (L>3 000 m). The 6 long tunnels and 4 extra-long tunnels are basically on the key routes, which are the key points and diffi culties of this project. The research and application of the mechanized construction technology of small and extra-small-long tunnels in the diversion tunnel project has made the above-mentioned small and extra-small-section long tunnels Construction efficiency has been improved, construction environment has been improved, construction costs and project investment have been reduced, construction safety has been improved, and the construction period guarantee rate of this type of project in the entire project implementation process has been improved.
