摘要: 沉箱出运采用气囊搬运重件工法出运,其本质是在沉箱的下面放置特制橡胶气囊,通过充气加压顶升沉箱,再在需移动的方向上使用卷扬机及滑轮组给沉箱施加足够的牵引力,在牵引力作用下沉箱对气囊产生摩擦力从而使气囊产生滚动,使之与沉箱共同向前移动。在沉箱前进的方向上,操作人员要及时跟进气囊的铺设与充气。基于此,在总结气囊出运沉箱施工工艺的基础上,进一步规范气囊出运沉箱的施工工艺,保证工程质量,同时指导施工和监控管理。Abstract: The caisson is shipped by airbags to carry heavy parts. The essence is to place a special rubber airbag under the caisson, and then inflate and pressurize the caisson to lift the caisson, and then use the hoist and pulley block to apply enough to the caisson in the direction to be moved. Traction, under the action of traction, the caisson produces friction on the airbag, so that the airbag rolls and moves forward together with the caisson. In the forward direction of the caisson, the operator should follow up the laying and inflation of the airbag in time. Based on this, on the basis of summarizing the construction technology of airbag shipping caisson, further standardizing the construction technology of airbag shipping caisson, ensuring the quality of the project, and guiding the construction and monitoring management.
