Brief Analysis of the Application of BIM Technology in Construction Industrialization

摘要: 建筑业在社会经济发展中占有重要地位,其为社会经济发展做出了巨大贡献。当前智能建筑在国民生产总值中所占比重逐渐提高,虽然智能建筑发展已取得一定成就,但是建筑业“耗能巨大,效率低下”的现实问题依然存在。为解决该问题,建筑业逐渐由BLM理念向BIM(Building Information Modeling)技术转变,因 此BIM技术在建筑业中获得广泛应用。本文介绍BIM技术在建筑工业化中的应用,以期进一步推动BIM技术在建筑业中的发展。Abstract: The construction industry occupies an important position in social and economic development, and it has made great contributions to social and economic development. At present, the proportion of smart buildings in the gross national product is gradually increasing. Although some achievements have been made in the development of smart buildings, the real problem of "large energy consumption and low efficiency" in the construction industry still exists. To solve this problem, the construction industry gradually changed from BLM concept to BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, so BIM technology has been widely used in the construction industry. This article introduces the application of BIM technology in the industrialization of construction in order to further promote the development of BIM technology in the construction industry.
