Abstract: The construction industry occupies an important position in social and economic development, and it has made great contributions to social and economic development. At present, the proportion of smart buildings in the gross national product is gradually increasing. Although some achievements have been made in the development of smart buildings, the real problem of "large energy consumption and low efficiency" in the construction industry still exists. To solve this problem, the construction industry gradually changed from BLM concept to BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, so BIM technology has been widely used in the construction industry. This article introduces the application of BIM technology in the industrialization of construction in order to further promote the development of BIM technology in the construction industry.
