Abstract:
The Condition Monitoring System (CMS) of wind turbines is used to monitor the status of wind turbines in real time and intelligent fault warning to ensure the safe operation of wind turbines and prevent problems before they occur. In this paper, under the same test environment, the performance comparison test and research of the acceleration sensors and post-processing software of diff erent CMS systems are carried out. The results show that: the performance of diff erent acceleration sensors in the time domain and the frequency domain is consistent. However, the time domain results of diff erent CMS system post-processing software in different frequency bands are biased, and there are obvious diff erences in the vibration spectrum analysis of the wind turbine transmission chain. The research results can provide multi-dimensional evaluation standards for the reliability and accuracy of diff erent CMS system data, and more eff ectively use the CMS system to realize the vibration monitoring and fault warning of wind turbines.
