Manufacturing Technology of Supporting Wind Power Concrete Tower Mould

摘要: 随着我国风能利用的开发,国内对于风力发电的需求逐步增大。尤其是超高塔架,多采用混凝土塔架。混凝土塔架具有良好的防水性能,防腐性能和较高的性价比,超高混凝土塔架是目前风电行业的发展趋势。而制造混凝土塔筒的关键设备塔筒模具是其核心关键技术。文章从实际生产制造角度分析一种具有内部支撑的风电塔架混凝土模具的关键制造工艺和质量控制要点,为同类产品提供设计和制造参考。Abstract: With the development of wind energy utilization in my country, the domestic demand for wind power has gradually increased. Especially for ultra-high towers, concrete towers are mostly used. The concrete tower has good waterproof performance, anti-corrosion performance and high cost performance. The ultra-high concrete tower is the current development trend of the wind power industry. The key equipment tower mold for manufacturing concrete tower tube is its core key technology. This article analyzes the key manufacturing process and quality control points of a concrete mold for a wind power tower with internal support from the perspective of actual production and manufacturing, and provides design and manufacturing references for similar products.
