Experimental Study on Pressure Performance and Separation Performance of Self-circulating Dynamic Hydrocyclone

摘要: 本文研究将离心机与水利旋流器特点结合,采用合理的中心进料方式,加工实验样机后,通过结构参数对比实验优化压力性能,确定结构参数合理的工业机。利用流体力学软件对工业机单相流场数值模拟,对旋流发生部件进行数值优化,以供参考。Abstract: In this paper the characteristics of centrifuge and hydrocyclone are combined, reasonable central feeding mode is adopted, after processing the experimental prototype, the pressure performance was optimized through the comparison experiment of structural parameters, determine the industrial machine with reasonable structural parameters. The numerical simulation of single-phase flow field of industrial machine is carried out by using hydrodynamics software, and the numerical optimization of swirl generating parts is carried out, for reference.
