Control Points of Seismic Isolation Construction Technology in Building Engineering

摘要: 最近几年,我国的社会经济发展的形势非常快,人们的生活水平较过去也有了明显的提高,与此同时,对建筑品质的要求也变得越来越高,建筑施工市场的竞争也变得越来越激烈。其中建筑工程隔震技术就是建筑施工企业实力的重要表现特征。提升建筑工程的施工质量对于保证企业能够在强大的市场竞争下生存下来有着非常大的影响,因此如何更好地发展建筑隔震工程,有效地提升建筑工程的施工质量,已经成了施工企业发展过程当中的重要任务之一,在本文中,笔者主要就我国的建筑工程隔震施工技术的现状,以及目前公司在发展以及实践的过程中针对于建筑工程隔震施工所研究的施工技术控制要点进行相关的探讨,希望能够给予同行一定的帮助。Abstract: In recent years, Chinese social and economic development situation is very fast, and people's living standards have been signifi cantly improved compared with the past. At the same time, people's requirements for the quality of buildings have become higher and higher. For example, the vibration isolation eff ect of buildings is accompanied by the continuous development and improvement of Chinese socialist economic system. The competition in the construction market is becoming more and more fierce. The isolation technology of construction engineering is one of the very important strengths of enterprises in the development process. Improving the construction quality of construction engineering has a great impact on ensuring that enterprises can survive in the strong market competition. Therefore, how to do a better job in the construction isolation engineering, effectively improving the construction quality of construction engineering has become one of the important tasks in the development process of construction enterprises. In this article, the author will mainly discuss the current situation of seismic isolation construction technology of construction engineering in China and the key points of construction technology control studied by the company in the process of development and practice. I hope I can give some help to my peers.
