Abstract: In architectural design, the application of BIM technology can greatly enhance the design effect and avoid collisions and crossings. Based on this, this paper analyzes the advantages of BIM technology through theoretical and practical research, and discusses the application of BIM technology in the field of construction, and proposes its development trend. Relevant research shows that BIM technology is a modern new design technology.
