Research on Reliability Improvement of Thermal Control Device in Power Plant

摘要: 随着社会经济的不断发展,各种工业设备的功率效率不断提升。在电厂中热控装置的使用具有一定的积极作用,由于电厂中设备容量较高,加上电厂机组运行时,负荷提升,因此需要热控装置的安全运行,进而确保电厂的安全性。基于此,本文以电厂热控装置控制的影响因素为例,对如何实现合理化的管控进行分析,以期进一步提高电厂热控装置的可靠性。Abstract: With the continuous development of social economy, the power efficiency of various industrial equipment is constantly improving. In the power plant, the use of thermal control device has a certain positive role. Due to the high capacity of equipment in the power plant, and the load increase when the power plant unit is running, the safe operation of thermal control device is needed to ensure the safety of the power plant. Based on this, this paper takes the influencing factors of power plant thermal control device control as an example to analyze how to achieve reasonable management and control, in order to further improve the reliability of power plant thermal control device.
