Comparative Analysis and Calculation Suggestions of Prefabricated Assembly Rate Calculation Criteria for Prefabricated Steel Structure Buildings

摘要: 装配式建筑结构以及钢结构都是当前建筑施工中的主要形式,也是未来建筑发展的主要方向。所以,在现代建筑工程发展过程中,正在努力进行建筑预制装配式钢结构的研究。本文的研究对象是装配式钢结构建筑预制装配率计算准则,将用国家装配率计算标准、北京计算标准、深圳计算标准、上海计算标准以及江苏计算标准进行应用对比,同时也提出新型的钢结构预制装配率计算准侧,通过本次试验研究结果显示,新预制装配率的计算方法相比于其他计算方法而言更加精准,在主体结构、围炉结构以及内装部品中的应用更加合理有效。Abstract: Prefabricated building structures and steel structures are both the main forms of current building construction, and they are also the main directions for future building development. Therefore, in the development process of modern construction engineering, efforts are being made to study the prefabricated steel structure of buildings. The research object of this paper is the calculation criterion of prefabricated assembly rate of prefabricated steel structure building, and adopting the national assembly rate calculation standard, Beijing calculation standard, Shenzhen calculation standard, Shanghai calculation standard and Jiangsu calculation standard. The calculation standard is used for comparison, and a new type of steel structure precast assembly rate calculation standard is also proposed. The results of this experimental study show that the calculation method of the new precast assembly rate is more accurate than other calculation methods. The application of surrounding furnace structure and interior parts is more reasonable and effective.
