Abstract: Taking the construction engineering installation project of a certain city as the research object, the common problems and control measures of the construction engineering installation budget review are determined as the research object. Use the literature research method to understand the common problems of construction project installation budget review, and propose specific control measures. The final result is that in order to strengthen the audit and control of construction project installation budget, it is necessary to build a complete project budget management system, improve construction contracts, strengthen material management, and build a talent reward mechanism.
