摘要: PPP 项目是一种新型的公共工程建设和开发合作模式，其主要针对的合作对象是公共部门和私营部门，该模式的研究和发展旨在提高城市公共工程的建设效率和质量。基于此，本文对 PPP 项目前期模式设计和前期谈判要点及注意事项进行了细致分析。Abstract: PPP project is a new type of public engineering construction and development cooperation model,it is mainly aimed at the public and private sectors.Based on this, the research and development of this model aims to improve the construction efficiency and quality of urban public projects. This article makes a detailed analysis of the pre-phase model design and pre-negotiation key points and precautions of the PPP project.
