Abstract: With the gradual popularization of the concept of sustainable development in all sectors of the society,people's attention has gradually shifted from accelerating the speed of development to improving the quality,that is, to lead the social and economic development with the concept of green development. As a typicalvarieties of high energy consumption industry, construction industry in recent years the vigorous developmentof the process, the negative impact on environment and resources gradually exposed, such development model obviously does not conform to the requirements of the relevant concept of sustainable development, need apply the construction concept of advancing with the times drive construction project management mode of innovation and development. Therefore, the concept of green construction with the characteristics of the times has gradually become the leading role in changing the management mode of the construction industry. The construction project management mode under the concept of green construction can eff ectively balance the relationship between resources, environment and construction, create a coordinated and progressive platform for all elements, and promote the construction industry into the road of sustainable development.
