摘要: 免支模施工技术在施工中具有方便快捷等特点,其不仅能够实现工程外观要求,确保工程质量,同时只要不断浇筑混凝土,还能较大幅度的缩减工期 ;此外,在开展砌体施工时可以同步对构造柱进行相应施工操作。实践证明与传统工艺相比该新工序操作没有间断性,能够有效地保证施工质量,因此使得砌体与构造柱施工质量得以提高,同时简化抹灰难度,防止了抹灰不均而出现的空鼓开裂隐患,具有很高的安全性。基于此,本文结合工程实例详细阐述了免支模施工技术,并展望了其在建筑行业未来发展的方向。Abstract: Formwork-free construction technology has the characteristics of convenience and quickness in construction. It can not only achieve the appearance requirements of the project and ensure the quality of the project, but at the same time, as long as the concrete is poured continuously, the construction period can be greatly reduced; in addition, the construction of masonry At the same time, the corresponding construction operation can be performed on the structural column simultaneously. Practice has proved that compared with the traditional process, the new process operation is uninterrupted and can effectively guarantee the construction quality. Therefore, the construction quality of masonry and structural columns can be improved, while the diffi culty of plastering is simplifi ed, and the voids caused by uneven plastering are prevented. Hidden danger of drum cracking, with high safety. Based on this, this article expounds the support-free formwork construction technology in detail with engineering examples, and looks forward to its future development direction in the construction industry.
