摘要: 当前,随着环境和能源问题逐渐受到人们关注,大力发展低碳节能政策成为必然。在此背景下建筑业实施了各种与建筑节能相关的政策、法规、经济措施和技术手段。经过多年摸索,我国在建筑节能领域取得了积极成果。随着全球市场竞争的加剧和质量意识的普遍提高,越来越多的建筑节能管理部门开始借助信息技术手段来鼓励项目质量管理人员从经验管理向科学管理的转变,进而逐步提高施工技术水平。Abstract: At present, as environmental and energy issues gradually attract people's attention, it is inevitable to vigorously develop low-carbon and energy-saving policies. In this context, the construction industry has implemented various policies, regulations, economic measures and technical measures related to building energy efficiency. After years of exploration, my country has achieved positive results in the field of building energy conservation. With the intensification of global market competition and the general improvement of quality awareness, more and more building energy conservation management departments have begun to use information technology to encourage project quality management personnel to transform from experience management to scientific management, and then gradually improve the level of construction technology
