Abstract: In order to comprehensively improve the construction quality of municipal engineering projects, it is necessary to strengthen management in design and construction and reduce the impact of adverse factors on project quality. Through the use of scientific management measures, promote the healthy development of urban construction. At this stage, in order to meet the construction and use requirements of municipal engineering, construction enterprises must introduce advanced quality management methods. In order to comprehensively improve the construction efficiency of municipal projects and provide high-quality basic services for the general public. Based on this, this paper expounds the important role of strengthening the on-site management of municipal engineering, analyzes the problems existing in the current municipal engineering management, and finally puts forward the relevant optimization strategies.
