摘要: 建筑行业作为国民经济的重要组成部分，其对中国居民具有重要影响，当前许多建筑企业的发展模式已不适用于新时代的发展，这导致建筑行业的发展停滞不前，为了进一步改善建筑工程项目的质量和成本，企业内部管理人员必须注重建筑环节的造价控制，精确的管理建筑早期工作中的策划和设计，以便提高整体工程项目的工作进程，降低施工过程中的各项投入，实现建筑企业的更高效益。
