小型水库的规范化管理要点探析

Analysis on the Key Points of Standardized Management of Small Reservoirs

摘要: 小型水库作为我国重要的水利基础建设，在防洪、灌溉、养殖、生态旅游以及生态养老方面都发挥着十分重要的作用，其直接关系到地方社会经济发展与公共安全。基于此，笔者结合自身多年参与小型水库管理经验，针对现阶段我国小型水库存在的问题进行具体分析，提出具有建设性的建议，以供参考。

Abstract: As an important water conservancy infrastructure in my country, small reservoirs play a very important role in flood control, irrigation, aquaculture, eco-tourism, and ecological elderly care. They are directly related to local social and economic development and public safety. Based on this, the author combined with his many years of experience in the management of small reservoirs, conducted a specific analysis of the current problem of the existence of small water storage in my country, and put forward constructive suggestions for reference.
