Research on Interaction System between Unmanned Crane and Hot Rolling Transportation Chain

摘要: 为提升库区管理和热轧运输链运行效率,同时降低人员成本,本文通过对已有运输链运行模式进行深入研究和剖析,结合无人天车智能化库区管理经验和运行模式,从钢卷智能分跨、实现托盘自动回收、自动下线三方面进行技术突破,设计全新的交互系统,以期达到降本提效目的,通过与已有系统对比,获得了该交互系统投入使用后对实际生产的帮助。Abstract: In order to improve the management of the reservoir area and the operation efficiency of the hot-rolled transportation chain, while reducing personnel costs, this paper conducts in-depth research and analysis of the existing transportation chain operation mode, and combines the management experience and operation mode of the unmanned crane intelligent storage area. We made technological breakthroughs in the three aspects of intelligent steel coil spanning, automatic pallet recycling, and automatic offline. We designed a brand-new interactive system to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and improving efficiency. By comparing with the existing system, we obtained that the interactive system was put into use. Help for actual production.
