摘要: 近些年,在国家不断的扶持与促进下,国有企业工程在发展过程中对于国民经济建设起到了重要的作用。并且伴随着国有企业工程的发展速度与规模的扩大,国有企业工程所承担的建设项目的种类与数量也在不断地增加,建设项目的前期管理作为整个建设项目的重要组成部分,对于整个的项目的发展以及运行都具有关键性的作用,能够在最大程度上为实现工程建设项目的最终目标起到发展导向的作用。但在实际的工程建设项目前期管理的过程中却存在许多需要解决的问题,需要根据现阶段的管理现状,不断地对工程建设项目前期管理进行改进措施的研究。Abstract: In recent years, under the continuous support and promotion of the state, state-owned enterprise projects have played an important role in the development of the national economy, and with the development speed and scale of stateowned enterprise projects, the state-owned enterprise project The types and numbers of construction projects undertaken are also increasing.
