Research on Hydraulic System Technology of Shield Machine

摘要: 随着科学技术的高速发展,隧道项目收到了人们的广泛关注,目前人们开始积极投入隧道开掘项目中,而在隧道开掘环节,最重要也是最主要的施工工具就是盾构机。盾构机的出现,改变了传统的隧道掘进技术,大大加快了隧道掘进的速度,同时保障了隧道工程项目的安全性。液压传动系统作为盾构机的基本传动系统,其具有精度高、驱动力大等优点,使得盾构机成为了隧道工程项目的首要工具。基于此,本文分析和探讨了盾构机的液压系统,以供参考。Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology, the tunnel project has received widespread attention. At present, people begin to actively participate in the tunnel excavation project, and in the tunnel excavation link, the most important and main construction tool is the shield machine. The emergence of shield machine has changed the traditional tunneling technology, greatly accelerated the speed of tunneling, and ensured the safety of tunnel engineering projects. As the basic transmission system of shield machine, hydraulic transmission system has the advantages of high precision and large driving force, which makes shield machine become the primary tool of tunnel engineering project. Based on this, this paper analyzes and discusses the hydraulic system of shield machine for reference.
