Analysis of Common Defects and Preventive Measures in Lost Foam Casting of Steel Castings

摘要: 在生产消失模铸钢件时，经常会出现不同的缺陷，如个别部位增碳、表皮增碳和体积增碳等，且同一铸件不同部位的增碳量不一样。基于此，本文对铸钢件的增碳原理和原因进行归纳，总结了解决方案，以供实际生产使用。

Abstract: Different defects often occur in the production of vanishing die cast steel parts, such as individual site carbonization, epidermis carbonization and volume carbonization. The carbonation of the same casting is different in different parts. In this paper, the principle and reason of carbonizing steel castings are summarized, and the solution is summarized for practical production.
