Abstract: The development of the reform of business tax and the new tax system has brought about a non-negligible impact on the project cost. There are still many shortcomings in the traditional project cost management mode.Therefore, through the application of BIM technology, the advantages of BIM technology in the construction and design links can be used to increase the transformation and update of project cost management at this stage.
