The Design of Device Preventing Welding Deformation of Aluminium Veneer

摘要: 作为现代建筑外围护结构形式墙体,铝单板幕墙具有外装饰丰富多变、表现力强等特点,在建筑业得到广泛的应用,对铝单板的正确合理应用能够保障施工质量,做到物尽其用。铝单板焊接容易出现变形,影响铝单板质量,甚至使整个铝单板报废,因此预防铝单板焊接变形尤为重要。研究分析了铝单板的特点,总结铝单板焊接变形的原因,设置了一种预防铝单板焊接变形的装置,以期为铝单板焊接变形问题解决提供参考。Abstract: As the wall of modern building envelope structure, aluminum veneer curtain wall has the characteristics of rich and changeable exterior decoration and strong expression. It has been widely used in the construction industry. The correct and reasonable application of aluminum veneer can guarantee the construction Quality, make the best use of materials. Aluminum veneer welding is prone to deformation, which affects the quality of the aluminum veneer, and even makes the entire aluminum veneer scrapped. Therefore,it is particularly important to prevent the welding deformation of the aluminum veneer. The study analyzed the characteristics of aluminum veneer, summarized the causes of aluminum veneer welding deformation, and set up a device to prevent aluminum veneer welding deformation, in order to provide a reference for solving the problem of aluminum veneer welding deformation.
