Research on Automatic Control Technology of Double Regenerative Slab Reheating Furnace

摘要: 加热炉是热轧产线重要的组成部分,直接影响到产品的质量,尤其在当今市场能源供应以及环保的压力下,如何采用新的技术进一步节能减排,降低污染物的排放,提高加热质量,增强市场竞争力是急需研究的问题。双蓄热式板坯加热炉是通过高温烟气热量来加热空 / 煤气燃烧气体,从而提高燃料的燃烧温度,经过预热的气体既可以充分燃烧还能节约能源和氮氧化物的排放。本文对蓄热式加热炉从燃烧特点出发对加热炉的炉温控制、燃烧方式、节约能源进行了深入研究。煤气烧嘴的反吹扫技术,极大地降低了烟气中一氧化碳的含量,因此加热炉自动控制水平高低不仅关系到操作工的劳动强度而且直接关系到产品的质量、产量和生产消耗指标,以及市场竞争力。Abstract: Heating furnace is an important part of hot rolling production line, which directly affects the quality of products, especially under the pressure of market energy supply and environmental protection, how to adopt new technologies to further save energy and reduce emissions, reduce pollutant emissions, improve heating quality and enhance market competitiveness is an urgent problem to be studied. The double regenerative slab heating furnace heats the air / gas combustion gas through the heat of high-temperature flue gas, so as to improve the combustion temperature of fuel. The preheated gas can not only burn fully, but also save energy and NOx emission. Based on the combustion characteristics of regenerative heating furnace, the furnace temperature control, combustion mode and energy saving of heating furnace are deeply studied. The back purging technology of gas burner greatly reduces the content of carbon monoxide in flue gas. Therefore, the level of automatic control of heating furnace is not only related to the labor intensity of operators, but also directly related to the product quality, output, production consumption index and market competitiveness.
