摘要: 随着现代社会的不断发展,智能化水平不断提高,传统建筑逐渐暴露出信息化水平较低、信息传递能力较差、运维部门沟通不畅、个性化设计不足等缺陷,本文从空间分配、节能环保、火灾应急处置等几个方面,借助 BIM 技术与大数据技术,通过信息与数据流的结合,降低管理难度,提升管理效率。Abstract: With the continuous development of modern society and the continuous improvement of intelligent level, traditional buildings have gradually exposed some defects, such as low information level, poor information transmission ability, poor communication between operation and maintenance departments, insuffi cient personalized design, etc, Through the combination of information and data fl ow, the management diffi culty is reduced and the management effi ciency is improved.
