Abstract:
In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards and the rapid development of the power industry, the grid capacity has been significantly improved, and the number of high-parameter and large-capacity units in the grid has increased significantly. Steam turbines for electric power production need to ensure real-time production around the clock, while not only ensuring quantity but also quality. Therefore, steam turbines for power production need to be further improved. The working principle and structure of the generator set of a steam turbine are complicated, and it needs to adapt to various environments in the production of electricity. It is inevitable that the failure of the steam turbine will be caused. If the steam turbine fails, it will have a serious impact. Based on this, this article focuses on the analysis methods of steam turbine failures and discusses the troubleshooting measures for steam turbine failures.
