Analysis Method and Maintenance of Steam Turbine Failure

摘要: 近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,电力工业的快速发展使得电网容量有了显著提升,电网中高参数大容量机组的数量有了显著增加。电力生产的汽轮机需要确保全天候实时生产,同时不仅要确保数量,还要保障质量。因此针对电力生产的汽轮机需要进一步提高研究力度。汽轮机的发电机组工作原理以及结构较为繁杂,在电力生产中需要适应各种环境,导致汽轮机故障现象在所难免,若汽轮机出现故障,则会带来严重影响。基于此,本文围绕汽轮机故障的分析方法展开论述,同时探讨了汽轮机故障的检修对策。Abstract: In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards and the rapid development of the power industry, the grid capacity has been significantly improved, and the number of high-parameter and large-capacity units in the grid has increased significantly. Steam turbines for electric power production need to ensure real-time production around the clock, while not only ensuring quantity but also quality. Therefore, steam turbines for power production need to be further improved. The working principle and structure of the generator set of a steam turbine are complicated, and it needs to adapt to various environments in the production of electricity. It is inevitable that the failure of the steam turbine will be caused. If the steam turbine fails, it will have a serious impact. Based on this, this article focuses on the analysis methods of steam turbine failures and discusses the troubleshooting measures for steam turbine failures.
