Discussion on Green Production Technology of Concrete Mixing Plant Under Carbon Peak and Neutrality Goal

摘要: 混凝土是我国建筑结构中的主要的建筑材料,对于现代化城市建设作出了重大的贡献。经过多年国家环保政策的导向,传统的混凝土生产工艺和管理方式已经取得长足进步,但依旧存在一些搅拌站因环保不达标等原因被勒令停产或拆除的情况,绿色生产还存在很大的进步空间。当前,在“碳达峰、碳中和”的国家战略目标下,面向降低能耗、零排放、提高效率、规范管理、可持生产的混凝土搅拌站绿色生产技术应全面进行积极实践和应用。无论从国家宏观政策的角度还是企业经济效益的角度,绿色生产是混凝土行业转型的必然要求,是混凝土企业取得竞争优势和可持续发展的关键举措。本文围绕混凝土搅拌站绿色生产技术展开了探讨分析。Abstract: Concrete is one of the most important materials in construction, and makes significant contributions to modern city construction. After years of guidance of national environmental protection policy, controversial concrete production technique and management have made some progress, yet there still exist some concrete batching plants that are ordered to halt production or dismantled as a consequence of underperforming the environmental standard, and there is a huge progress space for green production. Currently under the national strategic goal of “Carbon peak and neutrality”, concrete batching plant green production technology should be comprehensively and actively carried out and applied to face energy consumption reduction, zero emission,efficient improving, management standardization and sustainable development. Green production is the essential requirement for the transformation of concrete industry, and the decisive move for concrete company to gain competitive edge and achieve sustainable development, from no matter the aspects of national macro policy or enterprise economic benefits. This paper explores and analyzes the green production technology of concrete batching plant.
