摘要: 加工中心作为精密机床使用,主轴回转精度直接影响机床的工作精度,主轴回转误差是主轴系统特性的重要指标之一,也是机床加工动态性能中主要运动精度之一。本文介绍了主轴回转精度的概念,轴向窜动误差和径向跳动误差的测量方法和原理,数据处理和误差分析方法。

Abstract: Machining center is used as a precision machine tool. The machining accuracy of the machine tool depends on the operation accuracy of the spindle components, which is one of the important indexes of the spindle system characteristics and one of the main motion accuracy in machining. This paper introduces the concept of spindle rotation accuracy, the measurement method and principle of axial displacement error and radial runout error, data processing and error analysis method. -
