摘要: 随着智慧互联科技的飞速发展，传统建筑行业的信息化时代已经到来，与此同时，建筑行业也迎来了 EPC（工程总承包模式之一，Engineering Procurement Construction）、PPP（政府和社会资本合作，Public-Private Partnership）等全新的工程承发包模式。本文以资阳 PPP 项目为例就 BIM5D 技术在 PPP 项目成本管理中的创新应用及问题进行深入的探讨和研究，以期为 BIM5D 技术在 PPP 工程承发包模式下的动态管理中应用效益最大化发挥提供经验。Abstract: With the rapid development of intelligent Internet technology, the information age of the traditional construction industry has arrived. At the same time, the construction industry has also ushered in a new project contracting mode such as EPC, PPP. This paper takes the Ziyang PPP project as an example to conduct in-depth discussion and research on the innovative application and problems of the BIM5d technology in the cost management of the PPP project, so as to provide experience for maximizing the application benefits of the BIM5D technology in the dynamic management of the PPP project contracting mode.
