Design and Development of Gas Leak Detector for Nuclear Power Penetration Test

摘要: 核电站安全壳是核反应堆最后一道屏障,气相检漏仪是核电站安全壳贯穿件密封性试验的主要装置。本文描述了B-GLM 系列气相检漏仪的研发思路及过程,开发了一套能满足核电站安全壳贯穿件密封性试验的检漏仪,并能够满足不同客户需求的个性化定制要求。通过技术验证,证明自主开发的设备可保持较好的性能和多样化的拓展性。Abstract: The nuclear power plant containment is the last barrier of the nuclear reactor, and the gas-phase leak detector is the main device for the tightness test of the penetrating parts of the nuclear power plant containment. This article describes the R&D ideas and process of the B-GLM series of gas-phase leak detectors, and has developed a set of leak detectors that can meet the tightness test of nuclear power plant containment penetrations, and can meet the personalized customization requirements of different customers. Through technical verification, it is proved that the self-developed equipment can maintain better performance and diversified expandability.
