摘要: 伴随着社会的稳步发展以及经济水平的提升,建筑行业逐步成为国民经济的支柱产业,建筑工程数量及规模也随之扩大,然而建筑工程的飞速发展导致各种工程问题接踵而来,这样势必会对建筑行业的稳定发展产生不良影响,所以工作人员采取科学、高效的管理手段对建筑工程实施管理尤为关键,只有这样才能确保建筑业的长远发展。本文以此为中心对进度管理在建筑工程管理中发挥的重要价值进行深入探究,进而从根本上提升建筑工程的经济效益及社会影响力。Abstract: With the steady development of society and the improvement of economic level, the construction industry has gradually become a pillar industry of the national economy, and the number and scale of construction projects have also expanded. However, the rapid development of construction projects has led to various engineering problems. It is bound to have a negative impact on the stable development of the construction industry. Therefore, it is particularly critical for the staff to adopt scientific and efficient management methods to manage the construction project. Only in this way can the long-term development of the construction industry be ensured. This article takes this as the center to conduct an in-depth study of the important value of schedule management in construction project management, and then fundamentally improve the economic benefi ts and social infl uence of construction projects.
