Abstract: With the steady development of society and the improvement of economic level, the construction industry has gradually become a pillar industry of the national economy, and the number and scale of construction projects have also expanded. However, the rapid development of construction projects has led to various engineering problems. It is bound to have a negative impact on the stable development of the construction industry. Therefore, it is particularly critical for the staff to adopt scientific and efficient management methods to manage the construction project. Only in this way can the long-term development of the construction industry be ensured.
