The Application of BIM Technology in Steel Structure Prefabricated Building

摘要: 近几年,建筑行业得到了全面发展和进步,所以建筑工程实施过程中需要进一步强调绿色环保发展模式,因此, 钢结构装配式建筑得到了广泛的关注和重视。由于该建筑模式不仅经济成本投入相对较少,并且建筑工程施工时间相对较 短,所以在建筑项目施工过程中不会产生严重的污染问题,为此,只有在钢结构装配式建筑施工环节上科学、合理使用 BIM 技术(Building Information Modeling,建筑信息模型技术),才能进一步提高建筑施工质量水平,推动建筑各项工作顺利开展。本文首先详细分析 BIM 技术特点,并且结合 BIM 技术优势以及建筑案例,进一步总结出 BIM 技术应用策略。Abstract: In recent years, the construction industry has been comprehensively developed and progressed. Therefore, it is necessary to further emphasize the development mode of green and environmental protection during the implementation of construction projects. Therefore, steel structure prefabricated buildings have received extensive attention and attention. Because this construction mode not only has relatively low economic cost input, but also has relatively short construction time, so there will be no serious pollution problems during the construction process of the construction project. For this reason, only scientific, scientific, and the rational use of BIM technology can further improve the quality of construction and promote the smooth development of various construction tasks. This article first analyzes the characteristics of BIM technology in detail, and combines the advantages of BIM technology and architectural cases to further summarize the application strategy of BIM technology.
