摘要: 暖通工程作为建筑工程的关键组成单元之一，其施工质量对于建筑工程使用寿命及使用舒适度影响较大，因此加强建筑暖通工程施工技术问题分析十分必要。本文首先阐述建筑暖通工程施工质量管理的必要性，分析暖通工程施工技术及常见问题，并提出改善技术措施，以期为提升建筑暖通工程施工质量提供一定参考。

Abstract: HVAC engineering is one of the key components of building engineering, and its construction quality has a great impact on the service life and comfort of building engineering. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the analysis of construction technical problems of building HVAC engineering. Firstly, this paper expounds the necessity of construction quality management of building HVAC engineering, analyzes the construction technology and common problems of HVAC engineering, and puts forward improvement technical measures, in order to provide some reference for improving the construction quality of building HVAC engineering.
