Abstract: With the rapid economic development and the improvement of social living standards, people's requirements for the home environment are gradually increasing. There are more and more air-conditioning installation projects, and the scale of construction is getting bigger and bigger. The installation and construction of building engineering ventilation and air conditioning is an important part of the whole project, which is divided into building ventilation and air conditioning installation. These two construction tasks must be executed in strict accordance with engineering requirements. It is necessary to make use of scientific quality management work to meet the requirements and safety of construction projects. At the same time, design and construction management personnel must continuously improve their awareness of construction quality. It is not only necessary to construct in accordance with national and engineering design requirements, but also to meet the corresponding technical quality standards to ensure the smooth development of construction projects. Based on this, this article analyzes the key points of ventilation and air conditioning quality management, and proposes related quality management strategies, in order to provide references for related engineering managers.
