The Reach for Car-body Static Strength Design and Experiment of Midlow Speed Magnetic Levitation Train

摘要: 由于磁浮车辆车体结构形式特殊,现阶段并没有完全适用的标准或规范对车体静强度进行明确规定,一般参考EN12663 P-IV中规定对其静强度进行设计。本文旨在通过数值模拟分析,对车体静载荷进行研究,并参考EN12663,依据磁浮列车结构特点和静载荷建模分析结果,确定中低速磁浮车体静强度及静强度试验工况,并规定静强度实验方法,从而对仿真计算进行验证,以确保中低速磁浮列车车体静强度设计的准确性。Abstract: There is no specific specification or provision for the magnetic levitation car-body static strength because of the special structure. The designers always apply the EN12663 P-IV for the static strength calculation and simulation nowadays, however, whether it is true or not, we still need to be demonstrated. This article is aiming to theoretical analysis and calculation for the static strength through modeling, and ensuring experiment types and methods according to the EN12663 and the theoretical analysis result. And finally, this article demonstrate the rightness through the experiment to ensure that it is reasonable for the magnetic levitation car-body static strength with the mid-low speed.
