摘要: 智能建筑工程是建筑物建设的重要组成部分，其给管理者带来便利的同时，也带来了严峻的管理挑战，基于此提出基于风险评估分析的智能建筑工程变更管理。通过对智能建筑工程的管理进行风险评估分析，提出有效性管理策略，为智能建筑工程的变更管理提供实质性建议。

Abstract: Intelligent building engineering is an important part of building construction, which brings convenience to managers, but also brings severe management challenges. Based on this, the change management of intelligent building engineering based on risk assessment and analysis is proposed. Through the risk assessment and analysis of the management of intelligent building engineering, the effective management strategy is proposed, and the substantive suggestions are provided for the change management of intelligent building engineering.
