Research on Treatment Technology of Bridge Pile Foundation in Karst Area

摘要: 针对关花大道新桥特大桥桩基施工中遇到溶洞、钻进过程中漏浆塌孔、卡锤掉锤、水下混凝土灌注流失等技术问题,施工中采用补浆、回填黄泥片石、钢护筒跟进,增加自动冲孔电子控制设备,加大导管埋 深、增加混凝土初存量、埋设钢护筒等措施进行处理,实践证明该处理措施减少了卡锤掉锤等意外情况的发生概率及水下混凝土灌注流失现象,保证了桩基施工质量、进度及安全。Abstract: During the pile foundation construction of the new bridge of Guanhua Avenue, there are some technical problems, such as karst cave, slurry leakage and hole collapse during drilling,hammer sticking and hammer dropping, and underwater concrete pouring loss. During the construction, slurry filling, yellow clay rubble backfilling, steel casing follow-up, automatic punching electronic control equipment, increasing the buried depth of conduit, increasing the initial stock of concrete, embedding steel casing and other measures were adopted to reduce the sticking Accidents such as hammer dropping and underwater concrete pouring loss ensure the quality, progress and safety of pile foundation construction.
