Discussion on Construction Schedule Management of Intelligent Building Project

摘要: 关键链技术是建筑智能化工程项目施工进度管理控制工作中重点使用的技术。在该技术的支持下,建筑智能化工程项目中的工序工期估算、施工路径与链路确定、进度缓冲区设定等三项具体工作的精细化程度会得到大幅度提升,可从多个方面共同保障施工进度不受影响。以此为基础,本文结合某建筑智能化工程项目的施工进度计划和监督方法等加以说明,以供参考。Abstract: Key chain technology is the key technology that must be used in the construction schedule management and control of intelligent building project. With the support of this technology, the degree of refinement of the three specifi c tasks in the intelligent building project, such as process duration estimation,construction path and link determination, and schedule buffer setting, will be greatly improved, which can protect the construction progress from being aff ected from many aspects. On this basis, this paper describes the construction schedule and supervision methods of a building intelligent engineering project, for reference.
