Analysis and Optimization Countermeasures of Site Management Problems in Civil Engineering Construction

摘要: 建筑工程土建施工现场管理的好坏直接决定着整个工程的质量与进度，因此必须要加大对施工现场的管理。基于此，本文探讨了施工现场管理概念及其重要性，分析了施工现场管理存在的问题，提出了现场管理的优化措施。

Abstract: The quality and progress of the entire project is directly determined by the quality of the civil construction site management of a construction project, therefore the management of the construction site must be increased. Based on this, this article discusses the concept of construction site management and its importance, analyzes the problems existing in construction site management, and proposes optimization measures for site management.
