Abstract: As a new building form, the core feature of prefabricated building is to comprehensively improve building effi ciency and quality.Nowadays, prefabricated buildings in our country have many problems, such as unsatisfactory construction technology eff ects. Therefore, in order to eff ectively improve the construction eff ect of prefabricated buildings, opinions on the construction management of prefabricated buildings construction technology are proposed.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the application of prefabricated building construction technology in construction management of construction projects, and aims to provide valuable references for industry peers.
