Talking about the Existing Problems and Optimizing Measures in Prefabricated Building

摘要: 得益于装配式建筑的标准化设计、规模化生产等特征,装配式建筑在当前市场中的应用范围逐步扩大,同时大大提升了建筑的节能环保性能和社会经济效益。技术的不断进步刺激了建筑行业的转型发展,传统的施工工艺与技术在应用时暴露出许多弊端,在可持续发展理念的指导下,建筑企业提出了装配式建筑的概念,这一类建筑形式符合绿色化发展的要求。基于此,本文重点分析了在装配式建筑的施工质量问题,并提出了相应的优化措施,以期对提升装配式建筑质量提供参考。Abstract: Benefiting from the characteristics of standardized design and large-scale production of prefabricated buildings, the application scope of prefabricated buildings in the current market is gradually expanding, and at the same time, the energy-saving and environmental protection performance and social and economic benefits of the building are greatly improved. The continuous advancement of technology has stimulated the transformation and development of the construction industry. Traditional construction techniques and technologies have exposed many drawbacks when they are applied. Under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development, construction companies have proposed the concept of prefabricated buildings. Meet the requirements of green development. Based on this, this article focuses on the analysis of construction quality problems in prefabricated buildings, and proposes corresponding optimization measures, in order to provide references for improving the quality of prefabricated buildings.
