Abstract: With the continuous development of social economy, the process of urbanization is gradually stable. As gas engineering is an indispensable part of urban construction, relevant gas companies are facing new opportunities and challenges in the new situation. How to effectively reduce the cost of the entire process of gas engineering and ensure business quality and efficiency is the main research project for the development and survival of enterprises. As the construction of gas projects is relatively complicated, requires a lot of investment, and the construction time is long, strengthening the management and control of urban gas project costs is an important issue for modern enterprise management. In order to effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise management and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, this article discusses the cost control of the entire process of urban gas projects, in order to promote the development of gas projects.
