Wearable Wrist Assisted Recovery Robot Design and Control Research

摘要: 随着时代的发展,人们的物质生活得到了极大改善,各种运动成为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分,但运动的同时总是伴随着一定的风险性,因为运动而受伤的人每年都呈现出递增的趋势。经过调查发现,在众多的康复仪器中,对于手腕的康复仪器还没有过多研究,这导致了目前生活中,大部分时间人们依旧使用绷带夹板或者石膏固定等方式来进行恢复,这些传统的方式有着恢复周期慢、拆卸困难、更换复杂等问题。目前已研究出的腕部康复仪器,大多是大中型仪器,不能携带,无法起到实时保护作用,也无法很好地应用到日常之中。基于此,本文提出一种结合传统绑带夹板与现代传动以及柔性定位的辅助手腕部可穿戴式的周期恢复机器人。Abstract: With the gradual development of the times, people's material life has been greatly improved. All kinds of sports have become an indispensable part of people's life, but sports are always accompanied by certain risks. People injured by sports show an increasing trend every year. However, it can be found that among many rehabilitation instruments, there is not much research on wrist rehabilitation instruments, which leads to the restoration of bandage splint or plaster fi xation in most of the time. These traditional methods have the problems of slow recovery cycle, diffi cult disassembly and complex replacement. At the same time, most of the wrist rehabilitation instruments that have been developed are large and medium-sized instruments, which can not be carried, can not play a real-time protective role, and can not be well applied to daily life. Based on this, this paper proposes a wearable periodic recovery robot with traditional strap splint, modern transmission and fl exible positioning is proposed.
