Discussion on the Maintenance and Reinforcement Technology of Zhengjialiang 2# Bridge and Yingzui Bridge of G109 Line in Baiyin Highway Section in 2019

摘要: 鹰嘴桥于1998年建成,桥梁上部结构为1~6 m钢筋混凝土矩形板,下部为混凝土U型台身扩大基础。该桥主要病害:板底有6道纵向通缝,2道横向裂缝;0、1#台身均有1道横向通缝,3~4道竖向裂缝,目前已对裂缝进行注胶封闭处治。但侧墙纵横向裂缝严重,台帽开裂;桥梁部分板底泛碱、锈胀、碳化,混凝土脱落严重。Abstract: Yingzui Bridge was built in 1998. The upper structure of the bridge is a 1~6 m reinforced concrete rectangular slab, and the lower part is a concrete U-shaped platform expansion foundation. The main diseases of the bridge: there are 6 longitudinal through seams and 2 transverse cracks at the bottom of the slab; 1 transverse through seam and 3~4 vertical cracks on the 0 and 1# platform bodies. The cracks were sealed by glue injection in 2018 Treat. The side walls have serious vertical and horizontal cracks, the concrete falls off, and the platform cap cracks; the bottom of the bridge part of the slab is effluent, rusted, and carbonized, and the concrete falls off seriously.
